Q Can I bring my mobile phone on my adventure?

We do not recommend bringing your mobile phone with you on your adventure, due to the possibility of losing it or getting water damage. Lockers are available in our Marine House for you to store your phone and other belongings.

Q Can I bring a camera on my adventure?

For safety do not bring your cellular phone, you might lose or break it.

We offer our customers to remember and share those unforgettable memories with a CD of pictures taken during the adventure by the guide.

You can order this service by advance or when you arrive.(Price:2,500yen)

Q If I go to Aruguide, is there space for parking?

Yes, there is free parking in front of Aruguide where you can park your car.
We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your car.
Please note that the temperature gets very high during the summer in Okinawa, and therefore pets must not be left in your vehicles while you go out on an adventure. We also recommend souvenirs and anything that could easily melt not be kept in your vehicles. Lockers are available in our Marine House if needed for your goods (but not pets!).

Q What if the weather is bad on the day of my adventure?

Your safety always comes first. We sometimes have to cancel or reschedule your adventure according to weather or sea conditions.

Q What should I bring for my adventure?

The only things you need to bring with you for our adventures are swimwear and a towel.
We will provide all the equipment you will need for kayaking or snorkeling, such as wetsuits, fins and masks. We will ask for your height, weight and shoe size when you make your reservation. Please let us know the sizes for all participants.
